Can't find records in FLEXnet after first workstation is activated

This issue only occurs for entitlements created prior to the upgrade of FLEXnet to 11.5 which occurred in early 2008.

With these older entitlements when the first seat is activated the records under Activation and Support (i.e. unactivated seats and already activated ones) can not be found by the Sold To name.  If a search is done by the activation ID then the Sold To is seen to be "INFORMATION NOT AVAILABLE".

To correct this the following SQL scripts have to be run on the fnpops DB.  Be sure to backup before running.
