Permissions required

Process Options

In all cases, to process an asset, the asset must not be:

  • trashed,
  • transient,
  • moved,
  • archived or pending archive,
  • purged

Before the Bridge is fully running, all possible options may appear on the Process menu.  Once Bridge is running and communicating with the Adams Web assets page, only the available options will appear on the Process menu as described in subsequent sections.

Default Application Options

The processed file must be the same name as the original file.

All Photoshop Options

  • A supported version of Photoshop is installed. 
  • The Photoshop architecture (i.e. x86 or x64) much match the processing machine's OS architecture.

Photoshop

  • At least one non-raw image asset is selected.
  • The processed image must be a TIFF file.

Photoshop as TIFF

  • At least one raw image asset is selected.
  • The processed image must be a TIFF file.

Photoshop as RAW

  • At least one raw image asset is selected.
  • The processed image must be a TIFF or PSD file.

CSIPix Comparison Option

  • At least two image assets are selected.
  • CSIpix_4_Matcher.exe is installed at C:\Program Files (x86)\CSIpix_4_Matcher and is configured with a valid license.
  • The first image asset selected is considered the left image.
  • The remaining image assets selected are considered the right images.
  • The processed file can be any of the following types in the root CSIPix processing directory (i.e. not the LeftInput or RightInput directories).

jpg, tif, bmp, jpc, jp2 or pdf

If the comparison view is saved as a JPC or JP2, then there is no thumbnail. If it is saved as a JPG, TIF or BMP, then there is a thumbnail.
