Bridge Unable to Connect to Adams Web

Problem: Adams Bridge displays a message saying "Unable to connect to Adams Web" and then exits.


Verify in the Central Config that the Adams Web URL is correct.

  1. On the Adams Admin server, run Configure Adams
  2. Open the Adams Admin Foray.Adams.Config file (e.g. c:\wwwroot\inetpub\AdamsAdmin\Foray.Adams.Config)
  3. Load Central Config button
  4. Edit Central Config button
  5. Copy the "Adams Web URL" and paste it into a browser such as IE to see if it opens Adams Web.  If it doesn't correct the URL or investigate why Adams Web is not working.
  6. If the Adams Web URL is changed, then recycle Adams Admin and Adams Web application pools
