Processing Image in Photoshop CC2015.5 as Another User Causes Can't Be Found Error

If Photoshop CC2015.5 is installed and opened as administrator (or any other user differing from the logged on user), the below error is thrown when the user attempts to process an image from Digital Workplace:
Photoshop could not be found or failed to open.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
at System.RuntimeMethodHandle.InvokeMethod(Object target, Object[] arguments, Signature sig, Boolean constructor)
at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.UnsafeInvokeInternal(Object obj, Object[] parameters, Object[] arguments)
at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke(Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, Binder binder, Object[] parameters, CultureInfo culture)
   at Foray.Adams.DigitalWorkplace.AssetViewController.ProcessSelectedAssetsInPhotoshop(Boolean processAsRaw)

This is due to Photoshop being opened as another user than the one in Digital Workplace.

If the session of Photoshop (opened as another user) is closed, DW is able to find the image and process properly without issue.
