Update Service Doesn't Download

When attempting to run Update Service and noting that none of the updates were being transferred from the server to the client, the following messages were found.

Event Log:

5/20/2016 4:39:03 PM - Foray Adams Update Service 5.2.1.13

A Transient Error occurred in

Error Description: The system cannot find the path specified.

SharpBITS message:

[Information] Job 'C:\Windows\TEMP\Foray Updates\Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 9.00.4035 (x86)\sqlncli.msi': The operation being requested was not performed because the user had not logged on to the network. The specified service does not exist.

 

Solution:

Change the User Account Control Settings to Default (Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer).
