Not all assets get put in to zip file on export.

When the customer attempted to Export from Adams Web the resulting zip file would not contain all of the assets that had been selected.


Connected in to server and found that Kaspersky anti-virus had been installed.


Customer removed the anti-virus software and rebooted the servers.


The zip files then contained all the assets that had been selected for Export.
